Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Core Charges/Returns
There will be a core charge on all rebuilt items--No Exceptions! This is necessary to insure core returns. A copy
of the original invoice must accompany all returned cores. Core charges will be credited or refunded only after it
has been determined that the core is complete and is rebuildable. Any defective core will be credited accordingly.
We reserve the right to refuse core returns after 30 days from date of sale.

Back Orders
If there is to be any delay in filling your order, you will be notified. Back Orders will be held for 60 days. All Back Orders will be shipped within 60 days or cancelled. If you do not want us to ship Back Orders, we must be notified immediately or you will be subject to our returns policy on merchandise returned.

Upholstery/Special Order Items
Upholstery and other Special Order items require a 50% deposit. There will be a 20% charge on any cancellation of all Special Order items and Upholstery. Some upholstery items require a 3 to 8 week delivery date because they are made to order for us in England. However, we do try to stock carpeting and some of the more popular items.

Claims
CHECK ALL SHIPMENTS BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR THEM
Should your order arrive in a damaged condition, check contents in the presence of the carrier. Claims for shortage or error in shipment must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be made by the consignee directly with carrier.

Returns
All sales are considered final. All returns must be shipped prepaid and be accompanied by a copy of the original sales invoice. Unless due to an error by us, all returns will be subject to a 15% restocking charge. All returns, unauthorized or shipped freight collect, will be refused and returned to sender.
NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
NO RETURNS ON TOPS, TONNEAUS OR UPHOLSTERY ITEMS unless defective or incorrect merchandise has been delivered.

Refused Orders
Freight charges, both ways plus a 15% restocking fee will be charged on any refused shipments for any unauthorized reason.

Warranty
The product linked to this page is guaranteed against defects in workmanship and material. Any alterations or improper use of our products voids the warranty. At our option we will repair, replace, or credit defective merchandise. This warranty specifically excludes all labor and freight cost. All Warranty adjustments are limited to replacement, or credit on returned merchandise. Written permission must be obtained on all warranty items.

Disclaimer
We make every effort to supply you with original parts, when obtainable, at a reasonable price. Items that are obsolete will be the highest quality reproductions that we can supply. If you have any questions, please ask your sales person.
